Conditions of contract

Request for contracting services

To proceed to request one of our services, you must write us an email to info@rosabus.com with the request. Our sales department will send you the budget number by email. You must go to the tab “prepaid budgets” where you will have to indicate the number that we have sent you and your email.

Payment options:

Payments will be made with a VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS bank card

Cancellations:

Services canceled less than 24 hours in advance will carry a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Those canceled between 48 hours and 24 hours will bear the charge of 50% of the total amount.

Refunds:

Once the cancellation has been verified in the described terms, you will be notified by email of your return and the amount will be made using the same payment method.
